How to buy a home.



Home buying can be a confusing process so let me be your guide.



Your home purchasing process can be complex and somewhat confusing. Don't worry I've got you covered. I can simply the process with these steps.

  1. Lending. You can receive a free pre-qualification from my preferred lender to establish your buying power and to identify which lending product or program will be most favorable for you.
  2. Home plan and homesite. Together we will determine which homesite and plan will fit your vision for the perfect home. We have corners, bends, cut-de-sacs, no rear neighbors, and lake front homesites to choose from.
  3. Purchase agreement. Contracting is straight forward. I'll explain to process and establish realistic expectations of the building process.
  4. Construction. You will meet and communicate directly with our builder. No more wondering what's happening with your home. Weekly updates are made to keep you informed about your new home.
  5. Completion and closing. When you home is coming to it's completion you will have communication with the title company to establish your availability for closing times and dates and coordinate all financial responsibilities for all parties.
